Light of the Soul 2024: Journey to Integration and Emotional Healing

Light of the Soul (LOTS) is a comprehensive emotional healing program that has successfully helped participants overcome depression, anxiety, grief, physical illness, stress, seasonal affect disorder and relationships since 2006. Light of the Soul 2024: Journey to Integration is a program that heals your life, inspires your mind, and fires up your spirit! Light of the Soul is the most rewarding and cost-effective way to transform your life on a physical and emotional level. You will emerge from each weekend feeling excited and eager to engage in your living in new and positive ways. And by May, you too will be sad that it is over but delighted in what it has done for your life.

Light of the Soul 2024 is a unique journey in that it incorporates topics and processes from the various Light of the Soul Journeys to create a powerful integration.  If you have done other Light of the Soul Journeys, it is an opportunity to come back and delve deeper to transform issues in your living or to just keep smiling more. If you are new to the Light of the Soul experience, you are in for an amazing and fun-loving experience that might have you coming back in the future.

This powerful program requires a commitment to the entire program consisting of one weekend per month for five months. Once you attend one weekend you will quickly recognize the necessity of attendance at all weekends. This is a program devoted to you, your needs, your feelings and your life experiences.
