On a scale of 1-10, how happy are you in your relationships with others?
Consider your marital relationship, significant relationships, work relationships and friendships. If you are less than an 8, on the scale something needs to be different. How do you show up in your relationships to others? Are you afraid of being judged, hurt or taken advantage of by others? Do you have difficulty trusting others? Do you resolve conflict or avoid it? Relationships are challenging, but absolutely necessary, for personal growth and life satisfaction. Through your relationships, you learn about yourself if only you are open and receptive. Healthy Relationships are the key to living a happy and joyful life. Mark your calendars for this wonderful workshop devoted to understanding yourself in relationship to those around you, including your spouse, parents, siblings, and children.
